I believe that she is truly a Queen of Swords (with a strong dose of Queen of Cups, and that sort of depends on if she places more value on financial/intellectual/business success (Swords) or on successful relationships (Cups). Or she can have a bit of both. Who knows! Either way, she's totally a Queen card.
