It's alright about the Hanki thing. The character sandbox is rather nebulous as it is, and we are all free to shift around ideas and such. I hope to open applications in late April, so there is no rush at all to figure out what you like best.
FOR HAIR COLOR - the only no-no for hair color for mortals would be blonde, which is exclusive for kirin. Really, ANYTHING ELSE GOES. Having two-toned hair is a lot rarer, but I do allow it. It would be a point of vanity for the character as well.
