YAY FOR SQL, if I have any particular confusions or questions while I am tooling around on it, I'll let you know.
I know that part of it is real Tough Love, and his advice seems to be dead-on constantly and really firmly rooted in common sense. I particularly am a fan of how positive and supportive he is of female chefs. It was some episodes of Kitchen Nightmares where it seemed to be hammed-up for the camera. Plus, no matter what he's getting at, having an episode of TV with so much screaming isn't the same as like, an episode of Discovery. There is a time and place for screamy and I wasn't always in the right mood for it XD
