.....I really just do whatever the yoga DVDs tell me to do XD Ingrid introduced me to the Suzanne Deason programs, by GAIAM, and so I just throw in one of the discs and go at it XD XD XD Pretty basic, but it needs to be because I am ridiculously un-flexible and I overstretch and hurt myself if I attempt something too difficult.
